Recruiting Guidance for
College-Bound Gymnasts
Why Choose Next Gen?
The landscape of college athletics has drastically changed within the last decade! Sandra Elsadek brings a unique perspective, drawing from her firsthand experience navigating these shifts.
Having competed in the NCAA for five years—four at Ball State University and one at The University of Georgia—and being part of the Egyptian National Team aiming for a spot at the Paris Olympics, Sandra understands the challenges in the recruitment process.
With a master’s degree in PR and a bachelor’s in Digital Sports Production, Sandra leverages her high-level competition experience and extensive network, including connections within the NCAA and international gymnastics federations, to provide valuable networking opportunities for aspiring college gymnasts. Her success story as a University of Georgia gymnast in the SEC Conference, transferring from Ball State University in the MAC Conference, and competing for the Egyptian National Team underscores her ability to succeed and effectively communicate with college coaches.
Fresh out of collegiate competition, Sandra remains deeply connected to the gymnastics community. This connectivity allows me to grasp the current dynamics and challenges faced by aspiring college gymnasts, ensuring tailored guidance and support throughout the recruitment journey.
